Junior Drama

Junior Infants up to teens

  • Classes will be for building confidence, creativity, imagination, clear speech, communication and team building skills taught through mime, storytelling, acting, puppetry, poetry, movement, characterisation and fun activities.
  • Further option to enter annual competitions in The Speech & Drama Teachers of Ireland Feis, Feis Maitiu, grade exams with RIAM, LSMD and end of year showcase.

MYTH

13-18 years old

  • The ever so popular MYTH (Millbank Youth Theatre), ages for 13-18 years.
  • Work on contemporary as well as classic theatre scripts
  • Building confidence to perform in front of an audience.
  • Character Analysis: Exploring the background, motivations, and objectives of a character.
  • Role Playing: Acting out different roles to understand various perspectives
  • Rehearsing and performing scripted scenes, focusing on delivery and timing.
